pure speculation there is no evidence to substantiate these accusations . the whole diana inquest is a farce . millions of pounds of tax payers money gone . and for what.? to tell us all what we already know that her death was an accident .

Neither agency was involved.  This is one of the lunatic theories espoused by Mohammed al-Fayd to cover up the fact that his employee driving the car was drunk on duty.  It was due to the speed the car was being driven (60mph in a 20 mph zone) and the drunkeness of the driver that the accident happened and the deaths occurred.  As Paul's employer, al-Fayd could face financial penalties for the wrongful deaths and injuries of the passengers.
