Why MILK for EYE-SQUIRTING??

i just watched this video of this man squirting milk out of his eye, beating the world record. then i realized, they ALWAYS use milk, why is that?? for every eye-squirting record ive seen, it has been milk..

milk maybe doesn't irritate the eye as much as other fluids?.....i have no idea but the idea is absolutely retarded if you ask me and i have no idea why its in the guniess book of records.
