Why Malaysia isn't vocal against Russian attack on Georgia?

Question

When US attack Iraq, Malaysia was so vocal against it, people start to protest at US Embassy, Malaysian gov voice out against this and that and everything.

But now Russians are attacking Georgia even though Georgia as asked for a ceasefire, and nobody cares about that war? Malaysian has nothing to say about it.

I thought Malaysian hates all war. But now it seems like Malaysian government only selectively hates war. >=(

because it is not a Muslim Country so they don't bother but if it was a Muslim country they will create a Hu Ha like a monkey and those PAS and UMNO people will start to jump and shout WOW Wow aww.

I think Malaysia should start tackling its own internal problems than jaga tepi kain orang. Malaysia should really just shut up at this stage before it makes a fool out of itself again.

Not many ppl know about what is happening in Georgia;s politics and some ppl don't even know where is Georgia

No Russian flag was burnt when Russia invaded and destroyed Chechnya (a Muslim region). So why are you expecting differently for Georgia.

Maybe the answer to the question is the same with the question "Why the US don't send their military to Georgia like they did in Kuwait?".

Any nation will condemm any armed conflict even Malaysia. How would it look if most countries condemm the attack but not Malaysia? In a nutshell, follow what the others do.

However, Malaysia ain't gonna be so vocal against it by burning the Russian flag or what not cos Georgia ain't a predominately Muslim country. Simple as that. It is all bout religion.

That is the stand of the government & certain nincompoop brainwashed citizens who burn flags & such.

We hate war and we are already tired hearing and knowing about it.

Enough is enough.

we already past the 'human rights' debate and busy dealing

with fuel price that killing us 'silently'.

even when everyone is crying and shouting about it,

nobody seems to be care.

So, we eventually practising 'Don't know, Don't care' attitude towards

human stupidity and arrogance.

I guess, most human population are adapting to that kinda life too, not just Malaysian.
