Why Miami, Fla is so poor& Liberal, and San Diego CA is so wealthy & conservative ?

Who told you Miami is poor. It has become so expensive to live there that many of the working class (blue collar and some lower white collar) are moving away. And, if you could see the building that's going on there it would blow your mind.

When we passed Miami on our boat last year I counted 29 Sky Cains putting up new high rise buildings.
