Why NCR and Diebold message board were taken down in Yahoo Finance? Yahoo did this under pressure?

Diebold would NEVER apply pressure to have this open forum closed down.  However, one of their 8357 staff attorneys might politely ask Yahoo to do so before they sued their collective butts off.  Diebold is currently under formal investigation by the SEC and, no doubt, would like to see any information (other than the "Don't worry, be happy" crapola they spew out) concerning The Big Dee squashed.
