I am selling a 2005 top of the line Audi TT Roadster Quattro. First I price at Blue Book, then I reduced by $2K, but still no calls. What gives, it's a perfect car w/ warranty?

  1. Be patient, it will sell eventually.  It's not a car people are actively looking for, but it's bound to peak someones interest eventually.

I the mean time, put a "For Sale" sign in the window with your phone number, you may get a call that way.

  2. Audis are expensive to own and repair

buyers will look at a BMW or Lexus or others unless your selling at a bargain price.

  3. I agree, the car is definetly a specialty car but at the same time our economy is not in a good state even for a person who can afford a TT. Give it some time, people are just now adjusting and seeing how they'll do with such gas prices. Such large sum purchases take time to think over in critical times such as now.

The car is a beauty, it will go soon.

    Best wishes-

  4. Try e-bay (where my neighbor just bought one). You may be suprised how many people all around the country/world are comparing these and other specialty cars from far away.

  5. Cars like the Roadster (2 seaters) are very specialty car.  Very few people are looking for 2 seater.  It is not you or anything specific about the car.

You just need to hold your breath and take your time selling it.

    Good Luck...
