Why Nurse On Call service will hang up?

I rang the "Nurse On Call" service because I have few problems that I'm unable to solve. After mentioned to her all my condition, she said she is going to assessment now. Then the phone call hang up - end!

Would they call back? How long that I've to wait? One day or 2 days?

Anyone experience this or using this service?

The nurse probably panicked because she didn't know the answers.  Call back and see if you get a different nurse.  If it's the same one, just say, "Did we get off?" and if you "lose" her again, report her.
