Why Ponting looks an ordinary batsman without the Graphite bat?

The graphite bat which he used for 3 years was the reason why he scored runs so easily.

Now the graphite bat has been taken away by MCC and we got to see the true talent of Ricky Ponting in last 8 months which doesn't make him look like a great batsman.

if you can recall your memories three or four years ago,you will find that the bat he used got a lot of edges in the first slip,but after using graphite bat the edges were horribly ??? reduced.now when he does not use it he is again getting a lot of edges..........in fact how many times ishant got him in the slips recent time.........what that suggests????

it suggests that using graphite bat reduces the edges.

Ponting has scored over 10,000 test runs and 11,000 ODI runs, these did not happen in three years with one bat , but over the last thirteen years at a higher average than Sachin Tendulkar. I am English and have no love for the Aussies but am fed up with stupid comments from  people who don't look at the facts and are just jealous of others achievements.

Ponting may be just suffering from lack of form, i wanna know why everyone in this question is against Ponting i mean how can you call someone whos scored over 10,000 runs a cheat, he must've cheated alot to get there.
