Why Singaporean always said they are very busy, no time even one minute or one second?

Sometime they got time to gossip, chatting with computer, smoking and etc...I really don't know why no time with family, friend or children? Why? Are they really busy until crazy? How come they become like this? When this situation to be improve? If people give birth more children and who will going to take care and give a good family connection?

That's why Singapore developed so quickly! It's not true that they have "no time" for their family; they have but too tight schedule. They know the cost of time. long live Mr. Lee.
