Why Won't One Of My Pics Work On Yahoo 360? How Can I fix it?

When I press saves the picture never uploads... and it's just in that one spot. The Left picture [When your looking at the screen] Is there any way to fix it?

They must be having more problems with the Yahoo!360 photos - again.  One suggestion is to remove all photos, and only load the one you want to use for Yahoo!Answers.  When you want to make a change, then remove the current photo and upload the new one.  Yahoo!360 is full of "glitches" and the Yahoo!360 Team stated they were not going to fix any minor problems at this time.

Oh same happens to you now. I can only upload 2 pics out of 4.. Long time now =\ I dont know when or if it will be fixed, I just hope Yahoo does it quick!

Sorry, you probably can't fix it. In my experience there have been some people that have been able to get the spots to work again after experiencing that bug, but most do not get it to work.

If you have a red x in a spot, you can delete a remaining picture to possibly get rid of that empty placeholder. Some people try to place remaining pics in different spots. But really, I recommend that you leave the module completely alone because it can cause other serious problems on your page like it making your Top Page very long - which may or may not be fixable.

There is really nothing that can be done about this issue and if you try to mess with it, you are taking the risk of having worse things happen.

Also, please note the 360 community guidelines (http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/gui... ) regarding mature content. The personal profile area is a public area, which can't be changed from that status. Adult images must be placed ONLY in the blog under mature content controls. If you have been reported for adult images in that module, then Yahoo could have removed those images. This inadvertently could have resulted in those spots being lost as well.

The Y!360 team is no longer fixing glitches, so there is no point in contacting them. They are preparing to move the service to a new platform in the 2nd half of 2008, which you can read about here: http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360

We lost that fourth picture back when they started the MASH site up for us to play with, and we never got it back.

There are many problems that will not be fixed by Yahoo on the 360, and they are getting worse each passing day.

I urge you to go to the product blog and read the information for the last three postings by yahoo about all of the changes that are coming to us soon.
