I have a prepaid MasterCard (debit) and I am trying to pay for runescape membership but every time I try it says payment declined. This happened with Visa so I tried MasterCard. I had used Visa before and it had worked but suddenly it stopped

I have registered my card at vanillamastercard.com but all it asks for is my zip code

Please help i have been trying this since like 1 year ago and that is the reason i quit
