Why Yahoo HK Blog doesn't take action against Bloggers who post Nude Photos?

Question

Recently, there has been this very serious case of an insane monster who never stop sabotaging famous HK singer's blog, Joey Yung with sexual harassment comments and now even worse, posting pornographic material at her blog entries and guestbook. Despite numerous complaints made by Joey's fans to Yahoo HK, there is no action taken by Yahoo. Can anyone tells us what should we do to beg Yahoo to take serious attention to our pleas and the authority to put this monster to jail as this monster's actions has already commited

a serious internet crime of posting X-RATED pictures.

You have to sue Yahoo under HK law...  Also, if there is some sort of pornography law, the local authorities can get a search warrant to obtain the blogger's information and if they are within their jurisdiction, then can obtain his computer and file indecency criminal charges against him.  However, blocking that specific person's screen name and their IPO information (in case they change their name) would work wonders....
