Why Youtube says my video has "third party content"?

I have just created and uploaded a short video clip with music on Liberty Cruise but Youtube also just warned that I have "third party content", something like that. I have already disputed that. Any idea about this issue? Here is my video.

That means you violated a copyright, either by using the name of Liberty Cruise or by using "Every Breath You Take". Probably for the song.
