Why a person has very high blood pressure, almost always constant? Only periodically it is normalized. How to avoid high blood pressure not counting stress if you don't take medicine? Maybe there are natural methods.

  1. All of the recommendations by "Autumn" were great...however, High Blood Pressure is called the "silent killer" as often there are no symptoms (other than the high BP)...uncontrolled blood pressure can cause heart attack, stroke and death.  If you cannot get it under control with diet and exercise...I would suggest seeing your Dr and getting on some meds...I take meds for mine...sometimes, no matter what you do, you cannot control it on your own...

Be careful....it's the only life you have...treat it wisely...

  2. Limit sodium in your diet

    Lose weight if needed

    Exercise

    Relaxation and rest each day

  3. There are foods which help to control diabetes such as bananas and green vegetables. Do not eat salty foods (processed meats, snacks such as potato chips, corn chips, etc). Also, taking a walk for 45 minutes a day helps tremendously.
