  1. China is known to have the biggest military in the world, NOT USA. Find the facts yourself.

The US military is technologically more advanced, but going back in 50 years ago, Russians were. Compare today's US aircrafts to the former USSR's aircrafts, if they functioned today the US would not even come close.

1 B-52 bomber costs 15 Billion Dollars, that means the US will not be able to afford this in the 100's in 20-50 years to come.

Too expensive machinery, due to lack of resources of the materials and years and years of study and research.

  2. Sure.

    Why not?

    Knowing who they are.

How did they won the war  from world war two.?

With "How the West was won from Pearl Harbour with IWO JIMA"

With the Liberation of Freedom from world war two.

    Luke 9.25,55-56,60

    What do you think?

  3. TECHNOLOGY & training are the reason that we are suppose to be the best, like u have read china has more troops but they lack training and tech, Isreal is just our proving ground for weapons, Russia was really good but lacked overall, remember just having 1 really good branch(navy as example) doesnt cut it. Were better trained on all 4 fronts, and REALIstic wrong answer about russia navy they were better in submarines then us Not carriers we have the best in that department.

  4. It all comes to technology we as a nation have the best tech in the world. We don't fight war like vietnam anymore.

  5. Because the U.S. Military has more funding and resources at their disposal than many other countries.

Because it is an all volunteer force members must have at least a high school diploma or GED, cannot have any serious felonies and are kicked out if caught using illegal drugs.

I am a former Marine and like to think the U.S. Military and especially the marine Corps are the greatest and toughest in the world but honestly as far as toughness goes I would say ROK Marines (South Korea, IDF (Isreal) and the Philippine Marine Corps are the toughest branches in the world. Than the USMC and the the other U.S. branches.

China has the biggest Army in the world and are bad *** in martial arts.

British Royal Marines are some tough SOBs too.

  6. This is just a guess, but could be because they spend more money on it than any other country in the world?

100's of billions of dollars does have some effect.

  7. Actually the US is not very large in relationship to the population of the country, percent of people in uniform to total population, Cina, Russia and India all have larger military force.  Best organized of the larger militasries might be true but the Swiss, Sweden, Israel, Britian/UK, and German military are are very well organized.  Best is a matter f opinion.  The US is the most techinally advanced of the militaries, with the possible exception of Israel, and that is the reason for cost being high.  Technically aadvanced big ticket items, aircraft, ships, carriers, armor and so on cost large amounts of money for development and, purchase and support.  The F-22 and F-35 are both new, advanced and very expensive aircraft as an example so the US military is expensive but that is based on using quality over quantity.  The Chinese have a much larger miitary and are gaining ground withRussian assistance in the techincal side while the Russians have some very good technology they have been short on cash which by sharing with the Chinese can get the cash and upgrade their military.  The US has been a World Power since the end of WW2 and had to take the lead their based on the damage during WW2 to the industrial capability; some European powers even after rebuilding decided it was better to let the US carry the brunt of the cost of the Cold War, some countries (Germany and Japan, were restricted to having a defensive military only, the break up of the British Empire had the effect of taking away some British naval bases and so the US Navy became more important over all.  What do the actions of the Filipino military have to do with the question and hostages getting shot is not something that is unheard of even in police type actions.  When you are worried about taking fire you stay low and dragging a wounded person is common military practice because they don;t want them to get shot again.
