  1. well i dunno

    im european american

  2. There are a lot of original artist. And I don't really see how those people are copying Michael except Justin. How do you think they are trying to imitate Michael?

edit: Did you know that Michael lists James Brown and Jackie Wilson as his idols and imitated their dance moves. People don't own dances. When I was growinp up New Edition, Troop and Guy all did variations of the same dances.

Who's to say one was copying another.

As far as their singing goes, they may try to imitate his sound. And I think that's different because most people have a distinct singing voice.

I don't listen to those singers anyway, this is what I like...

  3. No, there are plenty of original people out there, your just too preoccupied with the people who choose to be copiers.

    Original Artist

    -Nas

    -Kanye West

    -Lupe Fiasco

    -Akon

    -One Be Lo

    -Strange Fruit Project

    -Kev Brown

    -Ect.

I agree with you on the Micheal Jackson-copiers though. Some of those people just gave up lmao. I kind of like usher and ne-yo, but people like omarion, chris brown, lloyd make no effort to be original whatsoever. Sean Kingston is an akon-wannabe too.

  4. America seems to be the most fractured society nowadays.

Almost nobody simply claims to be American.

They all call themselves some type or race of american.

How ridiculous is it for people to claim to be Irish and have a strong accent when they are many generations removed from Ireland.  These people are simply not committed Americans!!

It can be no surprise that America has the biggest racial problems in the civilized world!!

  5. I see nothing wrong with taking from those who already succeeded...there has been alot of progress in Music...it keeps us entertained, doesn't it? Micheal Jackson helped music, in my opinion. He's a nut now, but I'll always love the guy.

**And P.S.-don't talk about Chris Brown...that's my hubby. lol**

  6. you need therapy.

  7. Funny latrell how you say your original but the whole band aid on your face... that's a Nelly look

And have you ever noticed how every rap song has a lyric or two from another one?

Example: 50 Cent - Candy shop - I'll let ya l**k the lollipop, Lil Wayne - Li-li-li-li-l**k it like a lollipop. There are numerous others but I don't listen to enough rap to tell you them I just know they're out there by the dozens.

there is nothing original about rappers.

  8. People always copy others.

    Musicians, Comedians, Playwrites.

Any style is a copy of hundreds of other's.

The baggy style s just copying the hip hop rappers.

The punk style is just copying the punk rockers...

    and so on.

    Life is a copy.

One Very original artist is Stevie Wonder.

  9. Yes, and it's not just with Black music but some fashion trends as well. I hope bell bottoms don't come back for a long time. *shivers*

And yes I agree with Matthew P. I don't think that's serious actually. *shivers at bell bottoms*

  10. Whats the question here Baka????
