Why do I need to be drunk?  Well, because it's fun - but certainly not a need, more like a desire.  I'm not gonna die if I don't get my drink on.

Indeed. I myself used to drink to excess,but after much research and getting to the point of despair with alcohol I sincerely do believe in the philosophy of other cultures that ingesting alcohol opens you up to possession by Jinn/entities. I have come across many photos on line of people under the influence of drink that have secondary beings or parts of secondary being protruding from their bodies.

I wouldn't say "all people". I don't drink alcohol. Never have... Never will (at least willingly). I don't see the point of it. I'm a huge fan of exotic natural fruit juices.
