  1. mine stopped at 2.47 earlier today actualy. Its just a coincidence.


  2. I assume you're talking about watch and clock advertisements. Putting the hands so they point at the 10 and the 2 just looks nice for the picture, and doesn't cover up the manufacturer's logo.
