Why always i am the blame?

There's someone in school that always annoy but somehow i am the one who did something WRONG.

i cant take it... i am this close to killing him

There's not really a question here. We have no way of telling you why you are always to blame. If you really are "this" close to killing him, you need to talk to someone, because that's not okay.  If you have a problem, maybe you need to talk to him about it.  If all else fails, go to a teacher. One way or the other, it doesn't sound like you are handling this well, you need help! If I sound sarcastic, I'm not, we just don't know enough of your situation to understand how to possibly fix the problem.
