Why always in a transformer ,the terminal voltage(V2) lags from the induced voltage (E2) with any p.f. ?_?

The sameway,also the primary induced voltage(E1)lags the primary supply voltage (V1) ?

  1. I think E1 and E2 are both induced and the current which induces these voltages, always lag behind the supply voltage (current through an inductor or coil, will always lag behind the supply voltage)
