It takes most people who are trying several months to get pregnant.  Be patient.

Just be patience. My husband and I have been trying for a year and we still are not pregnant yet. So don't rush it just wait and see.

You're not being very patient.....it's very rare to fall on first attempt.

Most people don't get pregnant their first month of trying. I sure wish they did but unfortunately we don't always get what we want. Be patient and keep practicing :-)

You have just started trying....you need to take your time and relax some.  Most people have to try for a few months, even when all is well and there are no impediments.  Pregnancy requires that all be at the right time.  It's just the way nature works.  Stop worrying about it for now.  Stress has a way of really messing your "systems" up and it's a sure way of delaying pregnancy if that is your goal.

Just enjoy the process and let it happen.

what have you done?  If it's your first month trying even if you had s*x every single day you won't necessarily get pregnant...if I understand you haven't had a period yet so how do you know you aren't pregnant?  You have to wait until you miss a period to test.

You shouldn't be this stressed after only 1 try or you will just get worse....
