Let's see. You don't practice, You don't putt well, You don't drive the ball straight, and your short game is miserable. You cant hit an iron consistently and you get mad after almost every bad shot. Does this about sum it up?

From your picture, I believe that the eye patch you have on is affecting your concentration on the ball....

If that isn't the case, then just keep your feet shoulder width apart, bend your knees slightly, keep your head down, and focus on the ball all the way through the swing.
