I want to go to Vancouver or Quebec to study the University, I have been searching in internet, but it seems that all american people have problems with mexican immigrants, so...

I`m decided to study out of Mexico, and not because poverty or goverment, just because I want to know different people and learn more cultures.

I wouldn`t go ilegally, I have my passport and I`m going to get my visa but... what if you guys just don`t accept me just for being mexican? I`m afraid of that!!!

  1. Ok, guess what...CANADIANS are the majority of what you will find in Vancouver or Quebec. Also, Americans in general do not have a problem with Mexicans. Traveling will be good for you, maybe break some of those ridiculous stereotypes of people you have. It really is the only way you learn this...to explore and see if for yourself.

  2. canadians are fine with mexicans, or any immigrants.

trust me, we have plenty of immigrants and different cultures here.

    you're not alone.

  3. They will accept you dont worry :D

  4. If you are doing things legally then you have nothing to fear. If someone rejects you just because you're Mexican then they aren't worth knowing. There are plenty of fair minded people who will accept you as a person if you're willing to make the effort.

This is coming from a 53 year old white male who lives in the south, if that helps.

  5. I don't like illegals coming here, and taking jobs, and resources from Americans. Some of these people can't look me in the eye.I quit a job.because they so disgust me.If you are legal, welcome, and more power to you.

  6. You wouldn't be the only Mexican there, if it helps.
