Why am I afraid of women ?

I don't get it, its like when I'm around them i just go into this stupified state.

Women can be kind of scary. But I'm guessing you're a young guy. Don't worry. Plenty of boys and young men go through that phase where women can scare or intimidate them, mainly because we'd love to be in their company. You'll grow out of it eventually. Just remember: they're human beings just like we are.

Girls have this problem too. They get very scared to talk to boys

especially ones that they have a crush on

heres what i think is going on in your head

you got too much on your mind!

you're thinking about what you're going to say, or how to converse with the girls

and you think about how you look and what they think of you

and then when you come up to them you act like a total idiot!

here's what i suggest you do

just forget it all! forget about how you look

forget about what not! forget the girls. just talk to them

like they're normal people..talk to them like you talk to the guys(kinda)

but just be confident in yourself

What you need to do is be around them more often. Your lack of experience may leave you with the feeling of "What do I do? What do I say?" The more meaningful exposure you have, the easier it will get. By meaningful I mean engaging in conversation, making eye contact, smiling, laughing, etc.
