Why am I always concerned about going to the bathroom, like going to the b-room is like my main priority...?

Question

I will go like 5 times before i go on long road trip. i used to use the bathroom about 4-5 times before i would fall asleep with a 10 minute time spand. even if i didn't have to go. I have gotten better with that though. I am always worried about when i go somewhere that I will have to use the bathroom. i don't like camping b/c if i have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. do i have so kind of phobia? if so, what's it called? thanks. (:

i think your just worried that if you dont go then you would be holding it in for the next 4 hours and you'll probley have to go in the woods.

and i think its normal.

i go to the bathroom alot too, and like its totally normal to before a long trip.....like you never know, if you cant stop to find a bathroom, like if you are in a car for a while traveling and like you have to get there at like a certain time....
