Why am I always confused about everything in life

I'm always confused about everything. Like I never know what I want with anything. My mind changes about everything every 5 seconds, and I'm always going back and forth with everything. I've been like this for as long as I can remember .. Why is this? And how can I start changing it?

  1. You're not confused but lack focus and will power. You have plans but you don't carry them through and not soon you have new plans.  :-)

    What it means is you need stronger focus, which would mean stronger will power, and force and will to actually implement your plans. If you notice people who are very successful, one thing they all share is very strong focus, plus desire and motivation.

    So you need to improve/acquire stronger concentration and focus. The best method in my view is 'meditation'. Meditation among improving you concentration has many other benefits.

    Here's another small exercise. Before you go to sleep, when you're lying ready to go to sleep. Relax & close your eyes. (This is when now you are ready to sleep). Right from the moment when you opened you eyes, go through every single thing you did that day, going through even the smallest detail.

    One step after the other, what you did, who you met, when and what you ate etc but in systematic order, in other words from A to Z. Soon you will see it helping with your concentration, and as your concentration/focus will increase your little problem will dissipate. I highly recommend 'meditation'. Really!

      


  2. You just need a prestidigitator, which you can often find on eBay. With one, a snap of the fingers makes problems either disappear or shrink to manageable size. But there is at least one danger, if the problem is only in your mind, well, you can imagine the result.

It is because there are very few socially defined goals that are focused enough for any one person to focus on.  Plus we are bombarded by some 3,000+ advertisements daily.  That intake confuses anyone.  You will have to learn how to narrow your personal goals and set up an active mind filter, which will eventually become passive, that gives you the information you need to make a decision and not be flippant.

  4. I know what you mean I change my opinion on life every 2 minutes just try to focus on something that really interests and influences you
