Question:

Why am I always crying for nothing?

It seems that every time I get just a little upset or disappointed, I cry. I have no control I feel.

I take anti-depressants (Effexor XR) and I've been doing very well, but I just cry.

Anyone else out there going through the same thing? Or any suggestions as to why I do this and how I could maybe perhaps stop!

  4. I've been very depressed the last year but I got a New Doctor ,prayed and hopefully I shall feel better.

  5. I cry too. You're sensitive and have inner issues that need to be dealt with from you present life and past lives. Yet, crying releases restrictions and aids in mending the heart and emotions.

  6. hormones

  7. i feel your pain..some people are more sensitive... they call it having your heart on your sleve. having ovarys does not help lol.. i find i am more weepy a week before my period. try keeping a calender of your cycle and see if it has something to do with that. vitiamine b helps caffien does not help. could also need a better anti depressant.. good luck and remember that ovarys suck..:)

  8. It is very simple, taking tab. for this per-pose is not good. Because all medicine is having side effects. That leads to other complications in longer period. If any medicine do not have side effects that will not be called as medicine. Any way I going to give you a tip. Pl.try.

when ever you disappointed and above to start crying, you just open your both  pams, spared your 10 fingers broad open and start counting, going on repeating un till you com back to original position. This may help full for you. Try for few days let us wait and see.

  9. I used to be the same way before my zoloft dosage was upped. Now I have a hard time crying if I even want to. Hang in there, I know it sucks!

  10. Talk to your doctor.  The dosage is not strong enough and your chemicals are off balance. If you just recently started the medication, it could take several weeks to balance your chemicals.   Good luck...
