Why am I always dreaming about babies or me being pregnant?

I have been dreaming about me having a baby or me being pregnant and I don't know why. I'm not pregnant. I don't know if it's because my co worker is just having a baby but it has me worried for some reason.

Are you about to graduate, move to a new city, or change jobs?  All the unknowns can stimulate baby dreams.  

For example, when you are expecting a baby, you have lots of anticipation of the good things (sweet baby, love, etc.) but lots of anticipation of unknowns (what to do when they cry, what if they won't sleep, etc.).  If you were anticipating a big change yourself you might have the same mix of anticipation and fear.

If you were moving, you would be excited about a new home, making new friends, etc. but also worried about where to shop, money, etc.
