Question:

Why am I breaking out like crazy?

My skin has always been pretty clear. I have the occasional breakout on my chin, but just a bump or two. I don't have insane acne, but after a few months without any breakouts, the past week has brought six pimples on my chin!

I haven't done anything differently...and I haven't been eating anything different...I largely just go to work all day, and come home and generally lounge. Nothing stressful...I don't know what's going on. Does anyone have any idea?

I drink a lot of cranberry juice and eat a lot of ramen noodles (healthy food ftw :P)...if that helps any.

  1. it's probably the ramen noodles. they are seriously unhealthy. or maybe its just a normal breakout. sometimes that happens..

  2. First of all...if you mean Top Ramen, that's definately not healthy. It has barely  any vitamins and the flavoring to it is terrible for your body; it's basically empty carbs.

These breakouts are most likely just from hormones. No matter how squeaky-clean your face is, there's not much you can do.

I have very clear skin and eat healthy (vegetarian) but ever so often I get  small breakouts.

Don't stress about them, it'll make it worse, just know everyone gets them :)

  3. It can be anything, really; if you have sensitive skin, it will react to changes in water, the air, or the slightest changes, even in make-up, perfume, or shampoo, etc.  I recommend perhaps washing your face once more a day than you do normally, wait about 10 minutes, use a toner and then a moisturizer.

  4. Do you have your period?

    Because that could be it.
