Why am I darker than my parents?

Question

I was born to an Armenian mother (who looked like any person) and a German father (I know, thats what KK is, lol). But somehow, I have darker skin than both of them, even though I look like both of them for everything else. At school everyone asks if I'm Indian/Arab and it really bugs me because everyone always assumes my mom is White.

Also, does anyone know of any way to lighten my skin?

well, egg whites are known to naturally whiten skin. used at a face mask, it can dry up pimples and freshen/moisturize skin AND lighten the skin tone.

ur suposed to keep egg white on your face untill it dries then wash it off.

dude, my uncle has the same problem...he has some features from both my grandpa and ma, and also he has the same problem, now about lighting your skin, justr don't, u have to go with the flow...

dont try to liighten your skin be happy with what you got think of those people who have skin diseases and wish they could just be like you and the only reason any human is darker then the next is because of 1/4 of a cromasome .... and when people say stuff to you just tell them they are jelous of your beauty ... you are probably a really pretty color embrace it and dont worry about all the negative people be you and be happy you could have turned out worse ...

My friend is like that, don't worry it's quite normal. Usually it's a throwback or a recessive gene emerging. My friend has parents who are both white and he looks black, especially because he spends all his time in the sun surfing.

It's ok a lot of kids are like that. I'm German a tiny bit, but i loveeee Armenia! I can speak a lot of Armenian, but sadly i'm not it. So just be proud of who you are! :] I'm fair and don't like it sometimes. You got that exotic look which is a turn for me at least.

SAVE MONEY FOR A PLASTIC SURGEON. DONT GET ANY CHEAP SCREAMS OR PEELS ONLINE. GO TO PROFESSIONAL SURGEON AND HE WILL CHARGE AT LOT OF $$$$$$ BUT YOUR SKIN WILL BE PERMANENTLY LIGHTENED.
