Why am I getting I.E. Pop-ups?

I only use Fire fox but every few minutes I keep getting Internet Explorer pop ups. What gives?

Ohhh, I used to have this problem.

I went to a site, castlecops.com, and they helped. Unfortunately, the helpers on that site ask you to download a lot of like virus scans n such sometimes.

Turns out, I hadn't updated my Javascript, and thats why I had the IE popups. I updated my Javascript, and they were gone.

Buuut, it could be different for you.
