Why am I getting period pain but no period?

Period is 3 months late but I am NOT pregnant. Woke up with bad pains today but no actual period. Any other girlies had this?

  1. you may actually be pregnant in your tubes. Go to your obstetrician or your regular doctor who can run further tests. It could be that you have endometreosis and need to get checked out. It runs on both sides of my family in the females, so don't be afraid to get checked out. An be honest with your doctor, they are there to help you.


  2. Maybe your underweight because mine stopped when i was. x.x.x.x  

  3. Could be pelvic inflammatory disease. If you keep getting the pain, you need to speak to you doctor.  

  4. Some women also feel period pains during ovulation, or in the few days before their period.

    If you are concerned about this, or your delayed period, see a doctor about it.

  5. Well how long have you had your period for? Because your body still may be adjusting to having a period. And you could be PMSing
