My OB/GYN told me that there are 3 days out of the month that you can get pregnant. Which were, I think, the 15,16, and 17th day after your period in a normal 28 day cycle. Well I have a 32-36 day cycle and have been getting positive ovulation tests cycle day 16,17,18,and 19(today). I have had s*x all these days and every day before like my OB advised me to. She said my significant O had a normal sperm count according to w/e test they do. So I am hoping that we get pregnant again, my last ended in miscarriage. And its hard for me to distinguish the positive from the negitive sometimes. I will show a picture. In order from the top its 2 from cycle day 16, 2 from cycle day 17, and 1 from 18.

  1. The hormone LH is still in your system for up to 3 days following ovulation. That is probably why you still are getting positives.

  2. Once again I encorage you to read "taking Charge of Your Fertility"  You will have a better Idea of when you are ACTUALLY fertile!  Usuing the ovulation tests is very inaccurate!  Using the book will help you get pregnant much faster!
