Why am I getting treated like c**p just because I need help?

I'm 7 months pregnant and all i asked was if someone on answers could explain welfare and child support to me since I'm trying to get assistance. Instead of people just answering the question they are beating me up for asking for help. Why?

I agree with the first answer and I would like to add to that: Report them. Just because this is the Internet it doesn't mean people can go around acting rude and idiotic. Good luck with making your arrangements and congratulations with the baby. You just try to stay happy for the baby, cause the baby also gets the hormones you "produce", so if you're happy, that means the baby will be too.

A single mother to be here in Texas can call the welfare service for help with pregnancy and will provide free legal service. This info can be found under Government offices in the yellow pages or on-line. I think most states have similar programs or better.

hey dont feel bad. people dont know what it's about that's why they try to put you down. but what do you need to know it very simple. I wound get TANF b\c it easy to get . with child support they have to find the guy so you have to wait until he is found to get money. but he will have to pay the TANF back . and food stamps you can just go down there and they will get you set up. if you have no income you will get them in 7 days.

some poeple are just rude. they have nothing to do, so they be mean. dont let it get to you hun. in live you learn to just stay positive, and the people who cant be - thats their loss. and if you want to get on welfare and stuff its easy. just go to your werlfair office and you will have to fill our some paperwork. ive been there.... if you need any help just email me ill help you! good luck with everything!

Because people are so ignorant its not even funny.  I get the same c**p, just look at my ?s.  They don't wanna hear anything past the word welfare.  Its not your fault, its the dead beat baby's father, but people are too ignorant to see that.
