  1. There are three places the water can be coming from.

Most common is that the hose that drains the water that condenses on the evap core to the outside is clogged. Easy to fix, go under the vehicle, find the hose and "snake" it out with a stiff piece of wire.

a less likely source is a build up of debris around the cabin air inlet  that makes rain-water run inside the vehicle instead of draining to the ground through weep holes. This happens often when you live in an area with a lot of pine trees. To fix this, remove the metal or plastic grill below the windshield, remove the debris, making sure the weep holes are unobstructed and replace the grill.

The third possibility is a leak in the heater core. If this is the case, the water will smell like antifreeze.

  2. I'm having this problem on my 2002 model. This just might help you with this problem on your 1995 model, but my 2002 model is made a bit different. It gives instruction how to fix this problem easily, that is if its coming from you air conditioner.
