Why am I having so many bad dreams lately?

Thursday night I had a dream where my best friend had passed away that nearly scared me,and last night I had one where my car got stolen.Is there something to this,or is it just something that's gonna pass eventually?

  2. some bad dreams can be caused by lack of sleep. It's not always the case, but its one of the main reasons.
