  1. You're pregnant with puppies!

  2.   I am sure it is because you are getting close to your first period. It is what happens to all girls as they mature physically. Don't worry, you can ask your mom for some thing to help with the cramps. all is normal for girls your age.

  3. Its affects are different for many women.

Sometimes you may experience stomach cramps, headache or hot / cold flush but you won't necessarily.

Sometimes you may experience bloating (stomach larger than usual) and you may get the munchies (just want to keep eating).

You may feel a little down or tired - again not necessarily.

You may first notice some spotting in your pants.

To get prepared, just make sure you have towels, tampons or period pads, hot water bottle (in case you get cramps) and some paracetamol for headache tummy pain etc.

You may be one of the lucky ones and don't experience any pain at all.

Tis nothing to be anxious about - quite a natural event in a young girls life - perhaps if possible you can talk to your Mum or a Big Sister or perhaps another female friend.

Good Luck - May all you menstral days be happy ones.

  4. u might be getting your period soon.

if the cramps stay for a whie and you dont get a period i would go and see a doctor.

tell your mum, she will be able to help you

    hope you feel better soon!

  5. thats happening to me too only im 10 ppl say ur gonna get ur period rly soon

  6. i dont no

  7. have you talked to your mum, gone to a doctor?? hmm... could be you're allergic to something. wear a liner in your underwear, just in case, and to stop that 'wet' feeling, probably just discharge. if you're not sure, and they're really sore, ask your doctor. could be apendicitis.

  8. Well m'dear, get ready. You could be having your period soon.

Getting 'wet' down there is discharge, it cleans out your v****a so no infections or bactera can harm it then..your period comes, which is the lining of your womb coming out, that is where all the blood comes from.

Cramps are natural but if your the unlucky ones like me, it can be very painful.

  9. .

  10. You can feel menstrual cramps in a lot of different places sometimes (even before your first period if it's coming soon, which yours might be)... in your lower belly, across the front of your hips, in your lower back and even in your buttocks or down your legs.

Your uterus is squeezing and sometimes sort of twisting, and that can be uncomfortable all by itself... but when it does that it can sometimes pull on the suspensory ligaments that hold it in position.  Those ligaments are attached to several other ligaments and muscles where they meet your pelvis, and a tug on any uterine ligament can sometimes make all the other tissues attached to the same area of the pelvis react as if *they've* been tugged at.

That can cause pain that rates *really* high on the scale... but it doesn't happen to all women, and most have only some discomfort or minor to moderate pain.

Two things will make you wet "down there".

    1) Your genitals keep themselves clean and healthy by sort of "rinsing" themselves with the fluids that they make... sometimes there's quite a bit of fluid and it can leak out a lot, so wearing panty liners or even light pads can be a good thing to help keep your clothes clean.

    2) When your body is aroused sexually ("turned on" or "horny", even if you're not doing or thinking anything sexual) your genitals will get wetter and slipperier... so that a p***s can slide in there comfortably if you have s*x like it's telling you it wants (you don't have to, of course).

I'm a cook, so the only things I can really compare the healthy smell of a v****a/v***a to are foods and such... and the nearest I can think of is a fairly mild combination of fresh oysters and grated truffles - usually more on the sea-like side, but not "fishy" and certainly not unpleasant. It often smells a little stronger when you're sexually aroused, but not always.

If the stuff is clear or slightly milky (might be tinted faintly yellow or brown), slippery to maybe a little sticky, and smells "earthy, animal and a little like the ocean", it's almost certainly healthy and good. If it smells truly fishy or otherwise bad, it's probably an infection and you should see a doc.
