Why am I having this photoshop brush problem?

I know something is wrong.Cuz it wont let me us any brushes plze help me.Here a link of what is coming up when I try to use a brush.

  1. It says that your scratch disks are full. Photoshop takes a lot of memory to run. Try restarting and not having any other program open while running it. Also make sure your hard drive has room, too.  


  2. Heather B's answer is correct, but I also noticed that it is a 1.5Gb file which is HUGE. Depending on RAM and available hard-disk space you may not be able to do much work with the file.
