Why am I having trouble downloading?

Sorry about all caps. Every time iI try to download anything, it gets to verifying then it freezes there. i don't know what to do. Can you help?

Are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox?

Have you tried using a download manager, like Flashget?

you may have a virus, or, maybe your browser is somehow disconnected. Make sure you have Anti-Spy ware{yahoo has some, check out the  toolbar, if you haven't already,} also, check your control panel for Internet and browser connection help. lol
