For breakfast, about three hours ago I ate two eggs and a piece of ham. Also I had a yogurt about 30 minutes ago. So, why am I hungry?

I shouldn't be, should I?

  1. you're stuffing yourself with empty calories.. your body is hungry for minerals and vitamins...

how about eating some fresh fruit or veggies next time eh?

get some calories in there that are not so empty next time.

  2. why not, you suppose to eat every four hours, it's just as about time, good  eating.

  3. I guess you've been stretching your tummy lately and now it expects more!

  4. usually the bigger the breakfast i have the nungrier i get towards lunchtime but by dinner im no to hungry and eat soemthing small

  5. in terms of what you ate eggs are the perfect proteins so your body loves them and digests them well, as for the yogurt thats not a substantial food to fill you up the ham is heavy yet easily passed through the stomach, you should add a whole grain bagel or toast to your breakfast and a Banana, bananas have that lovely chemical that makes you feel full longer (tryptophan).

  6. it happens to me too, especially when i'm bored.

maybe that's why. you have nothing to do so you're thinking about food

  7. becuz ur eating to little.

girl eat some eggs ham sausage and bacon with that breakfast.

  8. I find that sometimes my appetite fluctuates for no apparent reason. I'll have relatively one appetite one day, and eat everything in sight the next! I've heard that for women this can be related to our hormones; the body wants to stock up on food as it prepares to ovulate, but after the window of ovulation has passed our appetite can drop again.

I generally say that if you're hungry, you should eat. Your body generally knows what it's doing. Unless you find yourself eating constantly, I think it's okay to eat a little extra every now and then if your body demands it. :)

  9. Most people need some food every 3-4 hours. It is not rocket science.
