For breakfast I had a large peice of whole grain toast with natural organic peanutbutter and 1 cup of freshly cut pineapple.

I'm starving and I want my lunch now

Why am I so hungry??

  1. Sounds like its time to have a good snack.

  2. if you eat at 6:30 it is actually perfectly natural for you to start gettign hungry around 9:30, especially that you are young and light your metabolism is probably high.  you sound like your having a great breakfast and i think planning ahead for a snack at this time is what you should do... you don't want to starve yourself til lunchtime (i'm guessing 12ish?!) that's way to long for your body to go on that meal... how bout a banana? granola bar?  grapes and strawberries?  something quick and easy that you can munch on in between classes.

  3. It's because you ate something small 3 hours ago.

  4. because you want fooddd eat eat eat eat eat

  5. Why not add in a bowl of organic oatmeal or one of the wonderful Nature's Path organic whole grain cereals with Soy, Almond, Hemp or Rice Milk? That would definitely give you some staying power. You are a growing girl, my dear, and your metabolism is simply asking for more food. Complex Carbohydrates are important to convert the food to energy without spikes and valleys in energy and mood. You also may also need a snack. Keep a  few unsalted, dry roasted almonds handy or a granola or protein bar in your purse. And drink pure water. You need half your body weight in ounces over the course of the day.  So 100 pounds is 50 ounces. divide that by 6 is about 8 ounces of water 6 times each day.  In all honesty the physicians and nutritionists all suggest 6 small meals spaced out over the day rather than 3 squares. 6. Well since u have breakfast so early I think it's quite normal for you to feel hungry at that time.

Most people feel hunger pangs around 10 or 11 a.m. It's normal. Just make sure you keep healthy snacks handy.

Eat something, but don't go for sugary stuff. Thats probably what you are craving right now. All that will do though is spike up the energy and then fall rapidly..looooow.

I find just eating a banana or an apple quite helpful.. and then its just another 2h or so till lunch anyway.

  7. One piece of toast is not a good breakfast.  Bread is a carb and carbs burn fast.

Try eating fortified breakfast cereal with soy milk and fruit.  Then take some kind of snack in your bag that you can eat on the go...like a granola bar or some dried fruit.

Make sure you drink plenty of water.

  8. You're having breakfast very early, and you don't eat a lot for breakfast (one piece of toast isn't much) - so it's only natural that you're hungry again before lunchtime.

Might want to try to eat a bit more for breakfast - or better, bring two lunches (or a healthy snack) - and have something to eat at 930 when you're hungry again. :o)

  9. I have a nice big bowl of homemade oatmeal for breakfast every morning.  It really sticks with you - maybe you need to try something different to keep you satisfied longer.  Or have a piece of fruit or some other small snack at 9:30ish.

  10. You need to quit eating that healthy c**p and eat BACON and eggs, suasage and pancakes. You will not be hungry
