Because your not allowed to race your motorcycle on the street and the great wisdom of yahoo Answers s knows that you are the kind of guy that does this sort of thing And they don't want you to get any ideas

When you hit the 'motorcycle racing' category - scroll down to the box on the left - if  'all uk & Ireland questions' is highlighted click the other one 'all english questions' -

If you still don't gerrit - you never will !

You have been blocked, or locked out.  You have to be careful of your answers.  If you get too offensive, or too many complaints, boot city for you.

Addition to answer - I just looked at your questions.  Do you realize how many questions you have asked in this category over the past two weeks?  Perhaps someone got tired of all your questions.  Take it easy!

The only thing that I can think is that you said too many wrong things in that category and that you are now "blocked" from answering.
