you just go to www.in.yahoo.com and then sign up you will get

@yahoo.co.in

There are some words reserved for certain applications.

WWW standing for the World Wide Web is one.

You cannot get your ID starting with these 3 letters with any mail provider. Try adding the WWW after your desired ID like , partha_datson.WWW.

Some e-mail providers like Rediffmail &amp; Hotmail do not allow a .(dot) in the IDs. Of late Yahoo is allowing the dot in the e-mail IDs.
