Why am I not getting water from my fridge's spout?

I just got a new LG refrigerator today and the water line is hooked up but there's no water coming out and it's not making any ice.

Check to see if the valve(faucet) for the water supply is open.

Your water supply behind the fridge or under the sink has a faucet on it that needs to be turned on.Check fridge on off switches or water valve on fridge.Good luck.

There may be a problem like a kink, an off valve, build up, pump failure, insufficent sorce etc. If the ice is working then its probobly a problem right there at the distributor

maybe crimped hose / line check needle valve, rust, lime , hard water, in line filter. didn't pay your water bill!!! kidding

check the spout q-tip, pipe cleaner. just thought didn't realize

this was new sometimes they ship with ice arm up down blocked taped, on the door usually hinge side check the switch ! kid locks
