ok I have been in a growth spurt for about a week in this week I have grown nothing I am experiencing very painful growing pains which has left me in agony. I am sleeping a lot also which are all side effects of this growth spurt. I am eating all the right foods and drinking plenty of milk and doing a lot of exercising. I was expecting to grow like a cm or something because in the past my growth spurts have shown results within a week maybe not much but always a little. I have been to the doctor and he said the pains and sleeping a lot are because of the growth spurt please help? thank you.

  1. You keep worrying about this - you will end up a hypochondriac - if you're not already on the threshold.  Stop worrying about stuff you have no control over.  It will all come in due time.  You cannot rush it no matter how hard you try.  A watched pot never boils.  Get your mind on other matters & before you know it - changes will have taken effect.  You act like you want a front row seat to watch any changes being made.  It aint gonna happen.  The changes will sneak in there when you least expect it.  So there!  Good luck.

  2. Don't worry bout it.

  3. I am going through it currently too it takes a while ive been in pain too for the last 2 months. My first week didnt show much effect but so far I grew 4 inches and still growing. Just dont worry about it and keep exercising and eatin healthy.
