  1. First off...you're in perfect shape.  147 lbs.?!  You're good.  You don't need to be 120 lbs.  Unless you can't move?  That's not really fat, or even chubby I don't think.  Plus you're pretty tall.  Why do you need to lose weight.  All you gotta do is ride a real bike, do some situps in sets of 10 and your body should be toned and fit.  Lose weight?  Uh, uh.  Don't look at Paris or Britney.  The average girls in the real world eat real food and have a shape that doesn't resemble a skeleton.  You're not fat, you're perfect.

  2. honestly, 147 doesn't seem like a lot for your height. sometimes, a body, when the person gets older, stays at a steady weight. for a person who is not real obese, it might take more effort or a longer time to start seeing results. if your case is that you suddenly gained a lot of excess weight (of an increase of dramatic weight) your thyroid might be an issue. check with a doctor to be sure.

  3. cut down on fruit, and add more veg. Some sugars in fruits will hurt more than help. You may also not be getting enough calories. Sometimes the body goes into starve mode, and will hold onto alot. Increse to 1300, and see what happens, then reduce the next week to 1200, and then back up. This change usually helps get past the plateau
