Why am I not receiving email replies to web posts?

Question

When members reply to a post through email, I don't receive them. If they use the reply via web post, I get them fine.

I am set up as owner. If I use the owner group email address in a new email I receive it fine.

sounds like a server issue between e-mail. hard to say why you'd get them when the post via the web than their own e-mail

only thing to offer is help form, it's a tech issue noone here can fix
