b/c you are easily distracted and whatever work you have is stressing you out and you do not enjoy it ...  try getting some extra sleep and some exercise ...  it helps me force discipline into my workday ...

get up 15 minutes early and surf for a few before work ...  schedule times and associate it with any worries not focusing on work brings up ...  might help ...
