Is it normal to feel especially weak when I just wake up? For instance, this morning I reached over on my nighttable to get my lip balm, it is the kind in a tube and I had a hard time squeezing the tube and putting it on. Is this normal? Is there maybe something wrong with me does anybody know why I feel like this?

  1. It is normal to feel a bit disoriented. And a little weakness even might be expected, since your body has had no food since the day before.

If it worries you, though, have a check up. You might want to especially look at diabetes and low blood pressure.

    Good luck!

  2. you may be too exhausted...take a couple days off work to just relax and catch up on your zzzzz. and hopefully you should start feeling better...

  3. Do you feel weak or tired?  If you do feel tired then it could be you have sleep apnea.  Sleep apnea depletes the body of oxygen and therefor you do not get a restful night sleep. Because of this you feel tired in the morning and basically throughout the day.  If you want to find out exactly what is going on with you you need to consult your primary care physical who will in turn descide if you are a candidate for a sleep center where they will monitor your sleep.
