Okay Im a cheerleader :]And I was a flyer turned a front turned a back.and now I am a baseI am extremley new at this and lets face it..Im skinny with no arm muscles..at all! And yesterday we did an extention (were you go all the way up) and i was so scared! I couldnt keep my arms locked! but when i did lock my arms the flyer was falling because she flips out when she goes up there..and my back just caught her in time.. now im very scared to go to practice tonight because im afraid i will mess up and drop her because i dont have the strength to do it! I dont want to let my group down but I dont know what to do!http://cheerleading.about.com/library/graphics/stunts/lynden_full.jpg^^^this is a extension..its not my team i got it one google..ohh and it wasnt when i locked my arms when she fell. it was another time!
